AFC System Capabilities
Released all of the capabilities that support Phase 1 of the AFC system, with the largest functionality supporting the upcoming Ticket Vending Machines.
- New Devices Management Tab
A centralized view to manage all software and hardware deployed across the system. - Device Software Management
Upload and manage software releases for TVMs, Point of Sale (PoS), and Faregates from a single location. - Device Hardware Management
Deploy software updates to individual devices or in bulk across multiple machines. Updates are applied automatically when a device is idle, minimizing service disruption. - Web-Based Device Logs
Device logs from TVMs, PoS, and Faregates are now replicated to the cloud. Logs can be searched and filtered directly from the web interface, eliminating the need to remotely access each machine. - Device Permissions
Added a new group permission specifically for managing devices. - Notifications
A new notification center alerts users to important system events, including hardware and software issues. Alerts can be sent via email and/or SMS.
Coming soon: User-level notification preferences to control which alerts they receive. - Real-Time Email Validation
Customer email addresses are now validated in real time using ZeroBounce, improving email delivery and reducing errors at entry. - Delete Vouchers
Added the ability to delete vouchers. Deletions are soft deletes, placing vouchers in an archived state rather than permanently removing them. - Passback Summary Filters
The Passback Summary report now includes a filter for Live, Test, or Live & Test tickets. - Enhanced Passback Summary Report Exports
Exports from the Passback Summary report now include a column indicating whether a ticket was issued in Live or Test mode. -
