- ORDER NOTES SEARCHABLE:
The navigation search now searches and returns text from Order Notes.
- DETAILED NAV BAR SEARCH RESULTS:
We have added more information to the results returned in the Navigation Bar Search to make it easier to find the information searched for.
- CUSTOMER REPORTS:
Added a “Customers” reporting section and 3 initial reports - CUSTOMER INFO:
Report that returns a file with the Contact Info that includes name, email, phone and address data points. - EMAIL DOMAINS:
Report that returns a list of email domains along with the count of customers for the reporting period. - GEOGRAPHY:
Report returning a file with multiple tabs containing a list of full physical addresses and separate continuing lists of Cities, States, Zip Codes, and Countries customers have purchased from. NOTE: Addresses are populated based on the addresses collected on orders.
- ALTERNATE PURCHASE FLOW – NO TICKETS CONFIRMATION PAGE:
This provides a modification to default ecommerce steps that provides a Confirmation Page without the ability to download tickets. This was built out to facilitate property staff transportation for F1.
- PURCHASE FROM MULTIPLE BROWSER TABS:
We encountered a scenario where a user has multiple tabs open and conducts a purchase from an outdated tab. We have added a detection for this and present messaging for the purchaser to confirm and resubmit their ticket quantities.
- SUPPRESS AUTOFILL FOR SMS:
We get a large number of Non-SMS phone numbers populating the SMS delivery field because it’s auto populating from the browser. We added a designation to stop this from auto filling in most instances. - MISC UPDATES:
- Completed a CCPA data removal request submitted by Michelle H.
- Fixed an error on the Financial > Revenue Summary report.
- Fixed an issue where an ecommerce page wouldn’t render appropriately.
- Removed the “Sync Ticket” button from the Order Detail screen as we have upgraded this process and eliminated Couchbase.
